Senior Process Specialist

What we ask

Work experience

At least 5-8 years of relevant E2E process experience, preferably in multinational / shared services / GBS environment

Prior experience in CI / Lean methodology

Project Management, training delivery experience is considered as an advantage

Education

BSc / MSc degree in Finance and / or Accounting or Business Administration

Certification in project management methodologies (eg. PMP, PRINCE2) and or Lean methodology is an advantage

Skills

Project Management skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)

Advanced SAP knowledge, SAP S / 4 Hana experience is an advantage

Analytical mindset but also critical and ready to challenge the status quo

Excellent coordination and prioritization skills

Training skills for best practice and knowledge sharing.

E2E mindset on processes and cross-departmental thinking.

Celonis or other process mining tool knowledge is an advantage
