This position is limited to 24 months and can be full-time or part-time with at least 20 hours / week.

Your tasks

  • With your technical support, you keep our employees' backs free : you process concerns, faults and support requests from our end users regarding their hardware, are also available on-site and are very familiar with special hardware such as hand scanners, blind keyboards, Signopad etc.

And if the problem is bigger, you forward the support request to other responsible IT specialist teams and ensure that our processing times and rates are top-notch.

Our users can also count on you for technical onboarding, offboarding and reboarding : You ensure hardware functionality including bank-specific applications, check and apply for the necessary requirements for authorizations and access.

As a bank, we naturally have strict regulatory requirements. You keep a watchful eye on compliance and liaise with the relevant interfaces and managers where necessary.

It goes without saying that you ensure that our hardware ends up where it is supposed to, keep an eye on stock levels and transfer for processing and take responsibility for hardware release both on-site and remotely on call.

You are always on the lookout for ways to improve our processes, proactively coordinate with your team and write and update comprehensible guidelines, documentation and work instructions, e.g. for commissioning a company smartphone.

Your profile

  • Specialist training (e.g. IT specialist) / qualification or ideally a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or similar
  • First professional experience in a comparable role
  • Sound technical knowledge of current Windows operating systems (client), standard software, ITIL and several scripting languages
  • Strong customer and service orientation, commitment and motivation
  • Good comprehension, communication skills, assertiveness and enjoy working in a team
  • Open to cultural diversity in an international environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
