MAIN REQUIREMENTS :

We are looking for enthusiastic and interested professional and personal growth technical specialists with a Hospitality background.

Your previous experience in the IT-sphere is not required, but hospitality experience and Hotel PMS / POS knowledge is a must.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Participation in the automation of hotels, restaurants, spas, and fitness clubs across the region - be ready to travel;
Commissioning of software and providing subsequent technical support;
Conducting end-user training;
Participation in the management of large projects;
Review and advisory on project management processes;
Providing technical support for customers;

PREFERABLE SKILLS :

Native Hungarian speaker;

Higher education;

Good communication skills to cooperate with other departments and customers;

Intermediate English both written and spoken;

Hotel PMS / POS systems knowledge;

Readiness to travel;

A solid understanding of either Oracle POS or Oracle PMS products will be an advantage;

Able to work under pressure and to a timeline, with the highest attention to customer satisfaction;

Ability to provide training;

Eye to detail;

Go-getter attitude;

Open, strong, friendly character.
