AI Application Engineer

At the heart of the Data & Analytics Team , we empower internal and external stakeholders by developing and maintaining the central Data domain. We are now looking for an innovative and skilled AI Application Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions that tackle real-world business challenges. You’ll combine software engineering, machine learning, and data analysis to build scalable, impactful technologies that drive smarter decisions and enhanced user experiences.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic AI initiatives, and bring cutting-edge models and architectures into production—helping shape the future of AI within our organization.

Technical Expertise

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in AI / ML application development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and core data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience working with deep learning frameworks, including TensorFlow and / or PyTorch.
• Solid knowledge of cloud computing platforms like Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for model development and deployment.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and data engineering principles.
• Proficient in modern software development practices, including debugging, unit / integration / behavioral testing, version control (Git), and ALM tools like JIRA.
