This position is filled in the IoT Digital team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. The team consists of IT professionals working on IoT, hyperautomation and data intelligence solution implementation projects.
Project
Your future project will be in the mobility industry. Together with our partners, we are developing intelligent tolling solutions for our customers. We use digital intelligence for a smart service that connects Europe. Using sophisticated technology and our toll box, we are creating a new age of seamless mobility. Our aims is to further develop the currently available services and extend it to further domains. Together with the T-Systems International team members, you will join an international team supporting our customers and providing tolling solutions.
Main tasks
As a DevOps engineer :
- You are an innovative problem-solver driving automation and efficiency by developing cutting-edge CI / CD pipelines and streamlining systematic processes.
- You take responsibility for maintaining core gateways and ensuring the security and integrity of software assets.
- You are curious to try out new technologies to constantly improve and expand our wide range of know-how.
- You will be part of our cross-functional, international agile team that will take full operational responsibility (incl. production environment, 24x7 on call duty and SLAs) for the services that you own (we maintain a strong DevOps culture).
Qualifications
3+ years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experienceStrong English knowledgeEagerness to continually learn, grow and improve in a collaborative team environmentExperience in working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Basic software development skills with java and can combine these with your operating and automation knowledge.Advanced experiences in modern and cloud-native tools such as Kubernetes, Gitlab, ArgoCD and Artifactory to streamline CI / CD processes.Familar with SQL databases like Oracle or PostgresSQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB would be optimal.Interest in learning how to operate services in AWS but also on-prem.Familiar with IaC or GitOps approach and have knowledge in one or more of the following tools : Ansible, Prometheus / Grafana, Elasticsearch / Opensearch, Helm, Kustomize, Jenkins / Gitlab pipelines, MavenCollaboration with Jira and ConfluenceAdvantage :
German language knowledge
