Customer Master Data Trainee

As Customer Master Data Trainee, you’ll create and update customer master data, customer hierarchy, customer assortment, business partners and set up of master data blocks on customers.

• Customer Master Data and data allowing process efficiency
• Contract & Commercial conditions management
• Maintenance (create or update) of approved Gross Price List in the system
• Create Settlement Request for off-invoice contract and monitor the process of the credit note creation
• Analyze customer claims related to master data and find the root cause of the error
• Ongoing university studies (active student status)
• Min. 30-hour availability / week
• At least 0.5-1 years´ experience in Customer service in contact with the customers
• Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to interact with internal clients in a professional manner
• Good communication skills
• Has an analytical approach
• Self-motivated, well organized, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learn
• Well-inclined towards change and has the ability to work under pressure
• Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset (essential)
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel
• Excellent English
• Second European language is advantage (preferably Spanish)
