Contract and Paralegal Support Specialist - with Italian

Main responsibilities :

Assist in contract preparation, review, and editing, ensuring alignment with policies and collaborating with Legal and Procurement.
Conduct research on existing contracts, staying informed of laws and regulations impacting contracts.
Organize and maintain up-to-date contract files, tracking lifecycle events, deadlines, and renewals in Coupa CLMa.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, improving contract processes and acting as a liaison between Procurement and Legal.
Support risk identification and mitigation strategies in partnership with Legal and Procurement teams.
Ensure all contracts comply with laws, regulations, and Sanofi’s internal policies.
Assist customers with contract-related inquiries, supporting simplified, efficient processes.

Experience :

Experience in a legal support, contract specialist, or paralegal role.

Strong skills in contract drafting, with a deep understanding of legal terminology.

Soft skills :

Detail-oriented and organized, with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education :

Legal studies or paralegal certification is preferred.

Languages :

Fluency in English and Italian is a must. Any other European languages are a plus.
