We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of service processes across the business.     Key Responsibilities

    Manage service-related administrative tasks, including invoicing and overdue follow-ups

    Prepare quotations and coordinate schedules with customers

    Organize insurance, travel bookings, and spare part preparation for service engineers

    Ensure compliance with internal safety and operational procedures at the service center

    Support the operation of the service business unit

    Maintain accurate documentation of sales orders, job reports, cost breakdowns, and installation records in internal systems

    Facilitate communication and coordination across service, sales, and administration departments

    Requirements

    Strong organizational skills and ability to manage responsibilities independently

    Understanding of how actions and decisions impact customer experience

    Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment with attention to detail

    Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools (especially Excel)

    Reliable, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
