Site Industrialization&VPS Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Define the industrial guidelines
• Assure process objectives deployment and level of compliance within the site
• Manage and assure the coherence of the industrialization programs within the site perimeter
• Manage the industrial investments program
• Monitor machine performance and improvement plans
• Responsible to lead industrialization procedures, ensure continuous improvement
• Follow and control CAPEX with Industrial teams
• Master Site Industrial Performance and deliveries, DL, Quality and Asset Utilization
• Represent the industrial organisation of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings
• Manage and validate industrialization projects with experts support
• Define and keep budget target
• Contribute and ensure plant strategy in terms of new products
• Establish plan on plant level to improve expertise in Industrial and Valeo Production System teams
• Lead cross-functional / multilevel engineering teams including Industrial team leaders, Project, Process, Test and Lean engineers, Digitalization teams
• Plan and monitor yearly savings plan with Project Teams
