  • The Role

    You are responsible for the correct daily billing of all service orders. You will work closely with service planners and technicians.

    You will be responsible for entering and maintaining the relevant data in SAP, preparing invoices and other documents that are important for customers. You will also answer customer inquiries, clarify any differences and take care of the follow-up. You will also carry out various administrative tasks for the service team and the Operation Manager.

    You act as an internal information hub regarding customer care and support the sales of service and services products.

    What we expect from you?

    You have several years of relevant experience in telephone customer service, you are interested in technology. You have relevant SAP experience, excellent user skills in MS Office, native Hungarian language skills and speak English at least on a basic level.

    You score with a high level of service orientation and excellent customer relationships. You are used to work precisely and reliably even under stress and you are a communicative personality who shows a strong team spirit.
