What we ask
- Bachelor or master degree in a relevant area, f.e. Finance
- Education or certificates on following topics are a plus :
- Continuous Improvement / LEAN
- Automation (RPA, MS Power Platform, Python, SQL)
- People Management
- Project Management
- Change & Stakeholder Management
- Good verbal and written communication in English (other languages are a plus)
- Innovative mindset, challenge status quo, analytical thinker
- Basic stakeholder / change management capabilities
- Understand E2E business processes and translate business problems and value opportunities into process and technology solutions
