Great opportunity for a  sales professional with business development and sales management background to join a dynamically growing technology company offering a software solution to multinational companies in South-Eastern Europe. The company is active in the following territories : Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia.

Our client helps partners, operating in a broad spectrum of industries, to overcome their complex engineering challenges and to accelerate their innovation process in the field of R&D.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to provide end to end management of a business portfolio and engage with actual and also new clients (B2B).

The role is responsible for :

  • Take full responsibility and provide end to end management of a business portfolio in a given industry covering the 8-10 countries
  • Build and maintain long term and effective relationships with customer decision makers and end users
  • Understand the customer's business and technical needs and seek for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities accordingly (new products, training, consultation service)
  • Become a trusted advisor at clients
  • Seek out and deliver new business opportunities in strong cooperation with engineering and
  • marketing team
  • Serve as an industry expert and based on this knowledge provide industrial forecast, collect and share industry insights, case studies with clients generating new market needs
  • Continuously develop technical skills, monitor technological developments and credibly represent them to the customers
  • Build up a solid pipeline of new sales opportunities to drive growth
  • Continuous work, cooperation and negotiations with the product development team

To be successful in this role you will need :

  • At least 5-8 years of experience gained in software or technological services sales with consultative approach
  • Technical degree ( Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad
  • Ability to interact, manage and communicate effectively at all levels within the business and client base
  • Dedication to achieve success with ownership approach
  • Proactivity and result oriented personality
  • Team player attitude
  • Provide a strong focus on the growth of business
  • Energy, Drive, Commitment and Tenacity
  • Serbian, OR Croatian OR Bulgarian OR Romanian language skills are advantages
