Munkaköri leírásDegree in computer science or similar acadamic background, aternatively comparable experience Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) Several years of practical experience in an IT position, preferrably as application specialist Experience with IT service management based on ITIL Experience with common database systems (e.g. MS SQL server) Experience with programming is a plus Experience with waterfall and agile development / project management methodologies Experience with managing external partners Experience with business processes & application for the function Purchasing is a plus
Tasks.
- Maintenance and development of the application portfolio of Global IT (IT lifecycle management including operations / change / support)
- Alignment of requirements for applications with national and international business departments
- Coordination of supplier selection processes based on structured evaluation processes and criteria (e.g. IT security, architectural fit)
- Participation in application related projects (initial implementation / development) and management of such projects as project manager
- Evaluation of requests within the global request for change / demand management process
- Establishment and maintenance of policies and guidelines for application management within the JOST groug
- Management of external partners within the operations and development of application services
