Responsibilities

Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Supports the implementation of HR strategy in strong cooperation with the respective departments
• Key / first contact point between the areas under his/her responsibility and the HR department (Ambassador)
• Support Head of HR in different group or local HR projects
• Talent management, action plan creation and follow up
• Supports employee’s professional development and training (assessment, recognition)
• Manage induction programs
• Support HR budget creation and ensure its follow up
• Create HR reports and manage administration
• Being an advisor on HR systems (evaluations, policies, recruitment)
• Taking part in various local and global HR projects
• Initiating new processes where necessary or improving the existing ones
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of HR

Qualifications

Requirements and Key Competencies:

• University or college degree, preferably in Human Resources
• 5+ years of experience in full employee life cycle management
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Hungarian language is a must
• Proactive, positive personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Assertive, self-starter and possess ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability & Multi-tasking
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Excel in highly matrixed and cross functional environment, flexible
