We are seeking a System Test Manager to join our committed team specializing in electric brake controller systems. In this position you will be responsible for coordinating system-level testing, developing comprehensive testing strategies, and providing technical leadership to a team of system test engineers.

Key tasks :

  • Coordinating system-level testing of electric brake controllers.
  • Evaluating the testability of requirements.
  • Creating the testing strategy for a given product / feature.
  • Harmonizing testing levels.
  • Estimating and monitoring resource requirements and turnaround times.
  • Coordinating system test engineers.
  • Managing the test environment.
  • Creating, evaluating, and qualifying test documentation.
  • Occasionally supporting the team with hands-on testing, actively participating in laboratory testing activities as needed.

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechatronics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in system testing and test coordination , preferably within the automotive or related industries.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Good communication skills and openness to teamwork.
  • Proactive personality and structured thinking.
  • Confident communication in English and in Hungarian.

    • Preferred additional skills, personal traits and experience

  • Proficiency in embedded system development .
  • Test Manager certification (e.g., ISTQB).
  • Good written and oral skills in German.
