David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO company that is looking to recruit Polish speaking Customer Support Representative to support customers of technology company.
Position : Customer Support Representative
Location : Budapest, Hungary
Work model : hybrid, after initial 3 weeks of office training
Employment type : Full-time
Remuneration : Base salary + performance bonuses (after 3rd month of employment).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner within agreed response times
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of client's products and services to offer accurate support
- Consult product manuals and internal resources to provide appropriate solutions to customer queries
- Identify situations that require escalation and transfer them to the relevant department or senior staff member
- Accurately log all customer interactions in line with company procedures
- Manage and update all relevant administrative tasks and records
- Handle customer correspondence as required, ensuring all communication is clear and well-documented
- Organize daily workflow and data input to ensure information accuracy and completeness
- Participate in ongoing performance monitoring and reviews based on call quality and customer interactions.
REQUIREMENTS :
Native / fliuent in Polish both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level)High school diploma or an equivalentPrior experience in customer service is preferred, or a strong aptitude for working in a customer-facing environmentGood organizational and time-management skillsConfident typing skills with a minimum speed of 20 words per minuteBasic proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to stay calm and composed under pressure or in challenging situationsSelf-motivated, capable of working independently, and confident in making decisions when necessaryWillingness to escalate complex queries appropriately and collaborate with the wider team.OFFER :
