These tasks await you :

  • Management of IT projects in a diverse environment (e.g. Digital Workplace + Collaboration, IT Service Management, SAP Hana, telephony, data center operations, cloud / SaaS, change projects, introduction of agile concepts)
  • Planning, controlling and monitoring team-specific project activities
  • Recording, evaluating and qualifying requirements
  • Monitoring the agreed budgets, time and quality specifications (incl. reporting)
  • Preparation and follow-up of appointments and workshops
  • Advice on the digitalization, optimization and automation of business processes

These are your qualifications and skills :

  • As a salaried employee, you have a degree in science or IT from a university or university of applied sciences (bachelor's or diploma), preferably with a focus on project management, as well as several years of professional experience (especially in project management).
  • Civil servants : In addition to the above-mentioned studies, you have the qualification for career group 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service, as well as several years of professional experience (especially in project management).
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, high level of commitment and assertiveness as well as strong communication skills, also at management level
  • Ability to present complex topics in an understandable way and to think and act in a goal-oriented and commercial manner
