YOUR TASKS

Responsibilities overview – Duties and responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to :

• Support our UK customers in remote diagnostics and remote coding, as well as automotive technical support;
• Develop our services in the field of macsRemote remote diagnostics;
• Counselling and support in connection with updating diagnostic testers;
• Working towards achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets as defined;
• Providing feedback to Team Leaders from a continuous improvement perspective regarding the service to customers;
• Build close working relationships with all internal departments to improve products and services, always looking to reduce costs.
