What success looks like in this role :
We are seeking a driven and analytical Field Marketer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in event strategy, lead management, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will work closely with our sales team to drive targeted marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute field marketing events to support sales objectives.
- Manage and report on leads using Salesforce CRM.
- Support Account-Based Marketing initiatives, including crafting account briefs and building target contact lists.
- Collaborate with digital and solution marketing teams on events, content syndication and ABM campaigns.
- Create field marketing presentations, communications, and reports.
- Develop and implement ABM strategies.
- Assemble marketing information from various systems and provide insights to sales, leadership, and global teams. Salesforce, Intensify, Datorama, Tech Target, Sales Navigator etc.
- Utilize database management tools to generate prospect lists, provide segmentation, and track conversions.
- Report on program progress, success, and metrics to allow for closed-loop program management from MQL to Closed Opportunity in SFDC.
- Coordinate and support regional events.
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns developed for offerings in EMEA.
- Work closely with local sales teams to communicate programs and enable their successful participation.
You will be successful in this role if you have :
Undergraduate degree in marketing or business.Minimum of 5 - 10 years of relevant strategic and tactical marketing or sales experience.Strong relationship management, written communication, and presentation skills.Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and intent tools.Exceptional grasp of the English language.Strong organizational and time management skills.Understanding of SEO and best practices.Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, SFDC, Google Analytics, Datorama etcAbility to work to deadlines and deliverables in a remote but dynamic environment.Limited local travel expected.What You'll Gain :Hands-on experience in field marketing and ABM strategies.In-depth understanding of sales and marketing alignment in B2B contexts.Exposure to CRM systems and marketing automation tools.Networking opportunities with marketing professionals and industry partners.Development of project management, data analysis, and teamwork skills.Potential for future employment opportunities in marketing or sales.What We Offer :
