We are looking for a
AI Adoption Expert
who will play a crucial role in identifying use cases for disruptive digital technologies to create business value, launch initiatives leveraging various AI disciplines to capture potential opportunities and actively manage AI solution implementation from concept to execution. Positioned at the forefront of digital transformation, will support DS’s strategic goals and also manage external relations (universities, vendors, etc.) to maintain the succession pipeline, evangelize the technology, lead its adoption, and educate the broader DS community about the technology.
The main responsibilities :
- Identifying business opportunites where the application of AI can create tangible benefits
- Launching initiatives which are able to capture the value of identified use cases
- Managing and supporting AI PoVs (proof-of-value), PoCs (proof-of-concept)
- Supporting transformational projects of disruptive technologies and high importance cross business projects
- Constantly harmonizing digital and AI initiatives with the strategic directions of the organization, so technology can act as an enabler in achieving those
- Regularly engaging all levels of the organization with different knowledge sharing activities, workshops and trainings to promote AI and integrate it into the daily operations of the organization
- Managing external (university, vendor, scientific lab, partner) relations in connection with digital and AI relevant topics
- Establishing and operating the concept of tracking and monitoring business benefits of digital / AI solutions.
Requirements :
University degree in business / management / engineering / IT2+ yrs experience in similar area or within the organizationExpertise in digitalization, strategy implementation, process intelligence and AIGeneral understanding of Oil&Gas processes and technologiesHigh literacy in Digital technologies, especially AI disciplinesAnalytical and strategic thinking and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Collaboration, decision-making and influencing skillsInnovative mindset and ability to find out of the box solutions, results orientation and problem solving attitude.Fluent English for business purposesProfessional Microsoft Office knowledgeAdvanced IT skillsTop reasons to work with us :
