Overall summary :
We are looking for a Financial Controller / FP&A profile who :
- Ensures hands on financial management of our ATM business in the region in alignment with business targets as Business Partners;
- Assures integrity of financial reporting through control function;
- Manages a finance team and a strong pipeline of talents in the finance function;
- Executes financial policies and procedures.
Responsibilities :
Business partnership and development
Proactively drive business performance through business partnershipProvide sound financial guidance to the Country Managers and other heads of function to aid effective decision making having a bottom line perspectiveAlign, integrate, and collaborate with functional market / regional leadership team in market to ensure focus on common objectivesPrepare financial analysis for business initiatives to support decision making processFinancial Controlling
Analyzing P&L, Cash Flow, KPIs; CapexProvide accurate financial risk assessments to guide sound business decisionsPlanning / Forecasting
Preparation and submission of 18 Month Rolling ForecastAnalyzing results and overseeing monthly reporting to adjust, realign plans and forecastReview and challenge resultsPrepare monthly and ad hoc reports to Business in order to improve control and help decision makingManage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecastPeople Management

Qualifications / Requirements :
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Finance within a multinational organization preferably in industries with high transaction volumeExperience with full end to end financial proceduresStrong organizing, planning and controlling abilityAdequate experience establishing and monitoring budgets and forecastsVery good analytical skillsAdvanced financial and legal knowledgeUS GAAP and IFRS knowledgeFluent EnglishFlexibility and reliabilityExcellent interpersonal and influential skillsResult-oriented personality with excellent team working skillsPro-active thinkingAbility to prioritizeAbility to work independentlyExperience in working with people of different culturesBenefits
