Handling and processing of client Posted Worker and Social Security registration requests as per defined process and timeframesHandling KPMG local office questions related to client registrationsHandling data validation, data entry and workflow managementRecommend process improvements as per the continuous improvement philosophy of the programCoordinating all new assignees and clientsAdministrative support for registration requests and client queriesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and KPMG Local OfficesContributing to data reporting as per the protocolsRequirements
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree in law, business, economics or relevant field2 years of work experiencePrior global mobility experience is an advantageFluency in English (German, French and other European languages desirable)Effective and proactive communication skillsStrong relationship management skillsIntermediate Excel skillsAbility and willingness to work in a globally distributed team and with stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationshipsDesirable understanding of EU Posted Worker Directive policies or global mobility in regards to traditional assignment planning, as well international transfer planningElements should be in line with company guidelines and policies.
