Conducting marketing research, creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Learning & Development Center, and Recruitment, In cooperation with other NIX departments planning and implementing of marketing campaigns to promote NIX vacancies, IT courses, workshops, and other educational events, Participating in preparations and editing marketing content : e.g. articles, press releases, social media posts, video scripts, etc., Analysis of the effects of the campaign, the effectiveness of media activities, and the effectiveness of promotional activities - preparation of reports, Participating in improving NIX educational products and events, Monitoring trends, and market data, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, Monitoring industry events and participation in fairs] Requirements : Marketing, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, content marketing techniques, direct marketing, social marketing, e-mail marketing, Twitter Ads Additionally : International projects, Paid English courses, Mentoring program, Private healthcare, Bike parking, Free coffee, Playroom, Shower, Free snacks, Modern office, No dress code.
