Then come and join our global team as Functional Procurement Controlling / Financial Data Analyst to contribute to the success of Siemens Healthineers Procurement.

The position is based in Budapest, Hungary and is part of the newly built and growing Procurement hub.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

  • On a monthly / quarterly basis you are responsible for the Planning, Controlling and Reporting (PCR) of Procurement KPIs for the factory business of defined Siemens Healthineers Business Areas. In this role you act as an interface to the respective Procurement organization.
  • You closely collaboration and align your activities with our local Controllers and Commodity Managers worldwide.
  • You prepare and analyze Procurement relevant information for our Management and create comprehensive evaluations and ad-hoc analyses.
  • You support our global Team of Model Builders in the development of new features in our existing (low code) software tool "SCMCoRe 2.0 - Reporting & Controlling (Anaplan)". Together with the team, you record technical requirements and implement change requests.
  • You implement selected digitalization and processes optimization projects as well as maintain Controlling dashboards, e.g. in Qlik®.

Your qualifications and experience :

  • You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field of study.
  • You have experience in Business Analytics, Process Automation and / or Reporting & Controlling
  • You have a strong digital mindset, a high affinity for IT topics and very good skills in using Qlik®, Power BI®, Excel® and PowerPoint®.
  • Very good English language skills complete your profile. If you speak German too, it's a plus.
  • Personally, you convince through reliability, excellent team and communication skills, initiative and enthusiasm as well as motivation and your independent way of working.
