Salesforce Solution Architect - Marketing & Data Cloud

Job Description

• Act as the technical lead for designing and architecting solutions based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Develop cross-platform integration concepts to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (., CRM, e-commerce, analytics platforms).
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable, future-proof solution architectures in close collaboration with development teams.
• Design data models, segmentation strategies, and activation logic within Salesforce Data Cloud to enable real-time, personalized customer engagement.
• Conduct workshops with clients, present architectural decisions, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem effectively.
• Mentor and support junior consultants in building their technical and platform knowledge.
• Optionally contribute to presales activities by evaluating technical feasibility and supporting proposal development.
