About the company :
Scope of the position :
As the Team Lead of Downstream Management Support, you will lead the management support team playing a critical role through comprehensive program management, strategic advisory and operational support across high-impact DS initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the DS transformational, efficiency improvement and other high-impact DS programmes
- Manage a team of 4, fostering ownership, alignment and professional development
- Lead strategy development and update process from strategy formulation to strategy tracking and KPI setting at Downstream level
- Coordinate the Downstream business planning process, ensuring efficiency targets and strategic initiatives are achieved.
- Manage Downstream Communication, support investor relations and Downstream specific communication tasks
- Cooperates with corporate and functional organizations (e.g. IR, Communication, IT, Finance, HR) in relation to cross-divisional topics, coordinates intragroup transfer agreements
Requirements
MSc in the field of Economics / Engineering / LawAt least 8 years of relevant experience in a business or industry environmentProven experience in team leadership, strategy development, and managing large-scale transformation programsStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex business challengesTop reasons to work with us :
