Your future tasks will be...

As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.

As a Junior Vendor Deal Registration Specialist you will be responsible for the end to end opportunity registration process for France, Belgium, The Netherlands and / or Germany. This is a varied role from working with the sales team to ensure deals are registered in a timely manner, through to managing vendor approvals and capturing success rates. You would be located in Budapest as a part of an international team.

On a daily basis :

Advising on mechanisms to maximise the commercial benefit for CC from timely and accurate registrations of opportunities
Creating, maintaining and managing deal registrations with selected manufacturers
Declaring price protection and allocation of supplier funds
Updating appropriate partner tools for opportunity registrations
Undertaking initial appeals where registrations have failed or rejected by vendors.

You are the ideal candidate if…

You have no experience yet but would like to learn and would be interested to work in a multinational company OR

You could already have 1-2 years of experience in multinational environment but would like to develop yourself further

You are fluent in French and English

You have sound knowledge of MS-Office and Knowledge of SAP

You developed interpersonal skills : supplier relations, sales relations, relations with other internal departments

You can easily understand wider landscape and effects on other parts of the business and other stakeholders

You have distinctive organisational strength and ability to work with tight deadlines

You are able to create valuable performance metrics and processes to capture data

You have high self-motivation and ability to work independently

You have effective communication skills with regard to leading conversations and presentations.

You have an advantage if...

You have a Degree in Commerce / Economics / Business related fields

You have experience in working in international and remotely managed teams.
