Team / Role Overview
Team in Hungary supports not only Hungary but also cluster and global level requests, where each member of team has direct influence on client experience as well as Citi’s branding. In a day-to-day business, team solves complex queries / requests of clients, which are great assets for self-development of each member of the team.
What you will do
Communicate local and global clients via various channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to smoothen the process for the benefit of clients as well as strengthen it to lower the risk faced.
