JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in [CITY]! And is looking for its new Housekeeping Shift Leader.

Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the opening team ! The Housekeeping Shift Leader will be responsible for managing the external housekeeping providers and ensuring adherence to JO&JOE SOPs throughout the hostel. ️

Mission 1 : To team up with the Housekeeping Supervisor and make sure rooms are fresh, tidy, and ready to wow our guests.

Mission 2 : To make sure SOPs are followed for all room types, public areas, laundry, training, and regular checks – including those covering health, safety, and security.

Mission 3 : To lead and support the housekeeping team by creating a space where everyone feels confident, valued, and free to be themselves.

Mission 4 : To organise the team’s daily tasks and keep things flowing smoothly so everything gets done one time – while also offering on-the-job training and helping the team to grow professionally.

Mission 5 : To work hand-in-hand with other teams (Front Office, Maintenance) to help create a great experience for our guests.

Mission 6 : To support a great working vibe with our external housekeeping partners, as part of the bigger team.

Mission 7 : To keep supplies and linen topped up and ready, based on what the team needs day to day.

Mission 8 : To deliver most perfect experience to JO&JOE customers.
