Do you love helping people and enjoy solving challenges? We’re looking for a passionate Customer Solutions Specialist who speaks English, and Italian, and wants to work remotely from Hungary!

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, your main responsibility is to handle frontline customer questions and issues, provide technical support, and troubleshoot to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. You will respond to customers reaching out via phone or email. You will also proactively call customers to update them on the progress of their cases and keep track of all important details. In this role, you efficiently assist customers, are flexible in problem-solving, and confident with troubleshooting.

Work location : Hungary (remote)

Please note that although this is a remote position, the work must be performed within Hungary!)

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to expert for customer and partner support, handling technical and service-related inquiries with confidence
  • Deliver quick, reliable, and clear information tailored to each customer’s pace and technical understanding
  • Guide customers through our products and services using proven call handling procedures
  • Ensure every interaction meets the highest quality standards and leaves customers satisfied
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, or escalate them smoothly to the right team members when needed
  • Protect customer data privacy and comply with security policies at all times
  • Foster positive communication with teammates, customers, and partners alike
  • Collaborate closely with Level 2 Customer Solutions Specialists to tackle complex cases efficiently

Technical skills :

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with CRM software is a big plus

  • Excellent communication skills in both English (B2) and Italian (C1), written and spoken
  • Qualifications [EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE]

  • A High school diploma or equivalent, College level preferred
  • Previous experience in BPO and Customer Service and / or technical account preferred
  • Have a proven track record demonstrating the skills and qualities outlined in this document.
