Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to understand product requirements and define comprehensive test project-level strategies
• Analyze requirements and determine technical feasibility for Automation
• Lead and enhance the Quality Assurance process based on the Test Pyramid, ISTQB, and QA best practices. Task also includes the implementation of test strategies and creation of test plans
• Develop and continuously improve the automated test framework, making use of Espresso (Android) and XCUITest (iOS)
• Implement and maintain scalable, reusable automated test scripts using Kotlin or a similar functional programming language
• Manage the execution, reporting, and analysis of automated tests
• Facilitate the migration of automated tests into a CI / CD pipeline
• Oversee code review sessions for test automation code
• Establish and manage the process for release and regression testing
• Oversee defect management
• Collaborate with business and development teams to improve product delivery
