• Bachelor’s degree;
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (data protection or similar);
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal);
• Strong communication skills to interact with a global network of stakeholders;

Support the HR global function in privacy and data risk tasks;, Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations;, Assist with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), verifying and completing data processing details;, Manage Cross-Border Data Clearances (CBDC) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;, Collaborate with stakeholders across regions, providing updates and addressing questions;, Track, monitor, and report project statuses, providing updates to key stakeholders;, Provide status updates during team and project meetings;, Conducting follow-up actions and documenting project-related work;, Lead initiatives and drive projects forward, ensuring deliverables are met;, Engage with the Chief Privacy Office and HR teams to understand data processing activities and assist with assessments.] Requirements : strong communication skills
