We are looking for new colleague in our team in Tab for Senior Quality Engineer position.

Senior Quality Engineer

What a typical day looks like :

• Leading the BU (Business Unit) dedicated Quality Team (Engineer(s), Technician(s))
• Direct interface with customers on technical / quality issues and improvement initiatives
• Handle customer complaints and work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Managing customer audits and regulatory / compliance agency audits
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and customer experience
