Job Description
As an eLIMS NG Business Analyst for our in-house built Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), you will be responsible for the proper deployment of the next-generation eLIMS by meeting business requirements, including supporting the new software and training new users. This LIMS is used in Eurofins Food and Environmental Testing laboratories worldwide.
In this position, you will ensure the proper deployment of the eLIMS-NG application across the Eurofins network of laboratories.
Responsibilities :
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new standardised business processes within the context of analytical laboratory services, using interactive methods such as laboratory tours, workshops, and interviews. You will collaborate with international stakeholders to derive the resulting software requirements and actively participate in the development of the company’s next-generation LIMS. Additionally, you will present and explain these requirements to agile teams, ensuring their successful implementation. You will also be tasked with preparing, supporting, and introducing iterative product increments while supporting change management efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of process modeling with BPMN,
Knowledge of the laboratory sector, particularly experience with LIMS, is advantageous.
