Join our HR Services Hub in Vecsés and play a crucial role in supporting our leaders and teams. If you are fluent in both German and English and you are organized, well-structured and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you!
Your tasks will be :
Administrative Support : Compose routine department letters, reminders, and minutes in English and German, ensuring clear communication within the team and support the time sheet administration
Travel Management : Support travel arrangements and settle travel expenses for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies
Meeting and Event Coordination : Prepare and assist with meetings and events, including arranging department workshops and recording protocols
Onboarding Support : Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the department
Office Management : Maintain stock of office supplies, manage inventory, and oversee related administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
Background : Preferably you have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.
Experience : You have 1-3 years experience with office management in a multinational environment.
Personality : You are organized and empathic. You have excellent time management, communication and organizational skills.
Working practice : You work precise and well-structured. You can prioritize and collaborate with our leaders and German speaking teams in a fast-paced environment.
Languages : You have active German and English language knowledge (written and spoken).
