Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose :

The Senior Marketing Executive has the responsibility for planning, executing and following up on marketing projects and activities based on plans and in line with budget. The plans are created in cooperation with the vendor as well as TD SYNNEX Business Unit and the purpose of these activities is to promote the sales of our vendor products and services in alignment with the strategic priorities of TD SYNNEX and at the same time deliver profitability to the company. The Senior Marketing Executive is overall responsible for this whole process.

Responsibilities :

• Build strong relationships within our vendors and with TD SYNNEX Business Units.
• Creation and delivery of quarterly marketing campaigns in cooperation with the business unit.
• Negotiation with vendors for funding of marketing activities.
• Targeted on marketing income and business unit profit.
• Measured on ROI of campaigns.
• To manage numerous projects within set timelines and budget;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with preferred suppliers and internal teams;
• Delivery of ROI reports;
• Copy-writing and editing;
• Creative input and design
• Ensure we have the relevant 3rd party supplier on-boarded. Review frequently
• Support admin function with Proof of Execution if needed
• Ensure all activities being executed is in line with company compliance rules
• Participate in bi-weekly meeting with counterparts from other Nordic countries to ensure efficiency and best practice.
• Participate and contribute in local, regional and or central projects

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience is required.
