Lear has an exciting opportunity to join the logistics department to our new Green Field investment in Kecskemet.
General tasks :
- Providing materials for series, pre-series and 0-series production in a JIS plant.
- Management of the group's work with departmental and company goals in mind.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers on all issues related to the commercial side of material procurement.
- Determining the optimal stock level, taking into account safety stocks and system replenishment resulting from order uncertainty and delivery deadlines.
- Operating a monitoring system to avoid raw material shortages.
- Managing the escalation process in case of raw material supply problems.
- Short and long-term capacity forecasting.
- Change management.
