Responsibilities :

You will be involved in the following tasks :

  • Responsible for perfect End-to-End order fulfilment, from order receipt to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction for the Acetate Tow business in EMEA.
  • Covering own client portfolio and keeping a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate load and shipment processes with warehouse personnel and carriers to ensure on time delivery to customer.
  • Proactively monitor open orders, deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances.
  • Document, investigate and follow up internal and external complaints.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent English, further languages are a benefit.
  • Experience using SAP preferable.
  • At least 2 years of supply chain experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong, decided personality.
  • Solution oriented mindset.
  • Customer focus.
