Munkaköri leírás2-4 of experience in order processing and logistics would be beneficial Interest towards technical mechanical engineering (oil & gas, pharmaceutical products) is an advantage Strong focus on customer satisfaction Intermediate English language skill are required Experience with SAP ERP system (SAP S / 4 is an advantage)
Responsibilities
- Fulfilment of customer / supplier orders
- Follow up of delivery dates with production centers and executing proper escalation if necessary
- Dealing with customs and export control procedures
- Arranging ad-hoc logistics activities with freight forwarders, consignment stock management (remotely)
- Timely completion of Intrastat, Environmental, excise duties and other governmental reports
- Handling all relevant data within our ERP system
