    Our partner is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services. They work at the heart of digitisation, advising organisations on IT strategy, implementing the most appropriate technology and managing our customers’ infrastructures.

    We are looking for a Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expert to provide financial, administrative and clerical support ensuring payments are completed.

    Job description

    Lead and oversee AP operations during migration and business-as-usual periods, ensuring full compliance with policies and regulations.

    Drive process improvements and lead efficiency initiatives across the team.

    Ensure team is adequately staffed, trained, and supported with a clear backup structure.

    Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to enhance team engagement and development.

    Set clear operational goals (SMART) and create a high-performance, motivating environment.

    Plan and balance team workload to meet deadlines and business needs effectively.

    Handle team integration, training coordination, and general administrative tasks.

    Manage escalations and support both internal and external audits.

    Monitor key metrics, ensure quality standards, and drive the team towards monthly targets.

    Take ownership of strategic projects and contribute to continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and analysis.

    Requirements

    5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including 3+ years in a global Shared Services environment

    Fluent English is essential; French or German is a plus

    Strong analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

    Confident with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office tools

    Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and administrative support

    Skilled in data analysis and reporting

    Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

    Comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and leading daily operations

    Able to engage with stakeholders up to FSSC Manager level
