Main responsibilities :
Supervise a team that delivers the best service for export sales order management to internal customers ensuring a positive customer experience
- Responsible for Team’s performance inCustomer orders administration from order taking, through order validation, export shipment documentation preparation and delivery, up to invoicing managing by exception on the agreed timelinesCapturing inquiries, requests, returns from external and internal customersOrganizing local and hub interaction for the related processes to ensure flawless execution, especially on the aspects of impacted customer stock management with Customer Fulfillment representatives
- Monitor operational KPI’s and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
- In coordination with the Sales Order Management Manager and when necessary with the local stakeholders and customer fulfillment local representatives, elaborate remediation action plan
- Ensure continuous improvement of the order management process
Supervise, coach Export Sales Order Analysts
Share expertise and provide coachingAnticipate workload and allocate resources for effective and efficient deliveryEmployee lifecycle management (recruit, evaluate, develop, reward, retain team)Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actionsShape and promote a culture of collaboration, trust, and teamwork, throughout the team through leadership and effective communicationFocusing on employee retention and engagement, advise actions to management in this relationCreate and regularly update job description of direct reportsContinuous Improvement
Manage process improvement opportunities pipeline to eliminate redundant activitiesParticipate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transitionParticipate in regional / global projects as requiredTrainings
Ensure onboarding of new hires and related trainings are organizedDetermine the training need of direct reports, provide access to professional trainings of existing procedures and work instructions, and additional job related trainingsExperience :
At least 3-5 years experience in Order Management, Order to Cash, Customer Service, contract & commercial conditions management or similar (essential) preferably in PharmaAt least 2 years experience as a team leadDeep expertise in international trade regulations, including export operations and documentation requirementsUnderstand commercial policies, pricing, rebates, on-off invoices, returns and claims policies (essential)Experience in running services within a Business Services organization (advantageous)Experience in in transition project (advantageous)Good business acumen (advantageous)Soft skills :
Strong problem solving and analytical skillsHands-on experience of SAP (essential) in S4 Hana preferably, SD and GTS modules (advantageous)Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel (essential)Interpersonal skills :
