Job description
Advising HR departments on the implementation of suitable HR software, including process mapping, creating the design concept, comparing solutions and planning the integration of the solution into the HR system landscape
Construction, support, configuration and further development of the existing HR systems SAP SuccessFactors with focus in at least one of the following modules : Compensation Management / Variable Pay, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting / Onboarding, Employee Central
Technical advice to the specialist department in the analysis and definition of HR processes
Management of external consultants
Sub-project management
Requirements
Owning skills at least 2+ years’ experience in the design, configuration and further development of SuccessFactors, experience in the SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals and Succession & Development, good end-to-end HR process know-how
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable professional qualification
Very good English skills (German is an additional benefit)
