    We’re looking for an experienced Integration Specialist to join our growing team and play a vital role in supporting and developing customer and vendor integrations. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and operations, ensuring our partners and clients are perfectly connected through standardized and scalable solutions.

    Job description

    Implement Integrations : Design and implement new customer and vendor integrations based on defined standards.

    Project Coordination : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, managing the end-to-end implementation process internally.

    Operational Support : Handle Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities, including data maintenance, minor updates, incident management, and ongoing support.

    Documentation : Create and maintain clear, accurate documentation for each integration in line with company standards.

    Subject Matter Expertise : Act as an expert for internal and external stakeholders in all matters related to integrations.

    Team Collaboration : Provide support and guidance to internal teams on integration-related topics and daily operations.

    Training & Development : Advise on training needs, support content creation, and deliver training sessions.

    Enhancements & Testing : Collaborate on technical upgrades and enhancements, ensuring thorough testing and smooth deployment with minimal disruption.

    Platform Oversight : Assist in managing third-party service providers and platforms used in integration contexts.

    Administrative Tasks : Perform agreed-upon admin tasks related to eCommerce and B2B integrations.

    Requirements

    3+ years of experience in system integrations

    Excellent communication skills in English  and either German or French

    Strong technical knowledge of integration processes and best practices

    Experience advising and supporting project teams from a technical perspective

    Solid understanding of IT supply chain and service management processes

    A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of resilience

    Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
