Production Planning Team Manager

Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of high-end outdoor equipments, parts and accessories. The Hungarian factory is one of the TOP100 companies in the country.

Now we are looking for a Production Planning Team Leader colleague who will be responsible for managing and developing the mid-size Production Planning team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing short and long-term production plans for production units.
• Monitoring and analysing the implementation of the production plan.
• Liaising with the sales departments, receiving, recording and updating orders in the ERP system.
• Checking the availability of raw materials and managing the changes to the production plan.
• Monitoring of KPIs for the area, reporting to management.
• Close cooperation with the relevant partner units (production, purchasing, warehouse, quality).
• Management responsibility for people leadership, including setting targets for colleagues, performance management, competence development, recognition, employee engagement & well-being, encouraging teamwork.
