PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP SCM solutions have achieved a leading market position and are used by more than 2,500 customers worldwide. We are aiming to innovate the SCM product portfolio through Integrated Business Planning and S / 4HANA.

SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) is a cloud solution that enables companies to react quickly to customer demands and expectations and helps them handle changes and shortages in the supply chain by generating a short to mid-term supply plan, based on prioritized and categorized demand such as orders and forecasts.

The development and maintenance of SAP Integrated Business Planning is fueled by various customer engagements and the collaboration between several teams in different locations. You will be a member of an inspired team focusing on the foundation. The main technologies used are ABAP, SQL, Fiori UI. Changing technologies and system environments require your flexibility. Teamwork and collaboration with others is part of your daily business.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

In your role as Associate Development Architect / (Senior) Developer, you will work closely with

International colleagues together on development projects with the following activities :

• Design and develop appealing and sustainable solutions using
• test-driven methodology.
• Optimize and simplify existing processes and code.
• Perform agile prototyping to evaluate which solution fits best.
• Develop Fiori UIs and APIs in a model-driven way.
• Rollout concepts to peer architects and developers.
• Master the “full stack” from UI over backend to database.
• Solving customer requests through the message handling system

EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES

Experiences in the following technologies and concepts are considered as an advantage : SQL / SQL Script / RDBMS, HANA DB, REST / OData protocols

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 3-5 years of experience in the software development process of complex applications especially in the development of cloud-based applications.
