Job description

We are currently seeking a new employee for a full-time position as a Field Services Engineer. Our

company is located in Budapest, with the possibility of some remote work. The Field Services Engineer plays a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and customer service related to digital printing equipment.

Requirements

• Education in field services and technical support related to digital printing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Experience in performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Intermediate level of English language skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience with printing equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of printing processes, software, and electrical or mechanical systems is an

advantage.
