Job description

Support regulatory compliance initiatives with IT impact and report IT risks to management.

Help team leads improve procedures and support activities.

Assist with IT compliance training and awareness programs.

Support development and monitoring of metrics and reports.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective control execution.

Participate in small to mid-size projects.

Requirements

Required :

Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent

2+ years in IT risk management, compliance, governance, or controls

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001)

Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain professionalism

Preferred :

Certifications like CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, ITIL

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)

Experience in multinational organizations and insurance / finance industry
