This is a technical role for the MarketSight team at Dynata. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in the production and support of the MarketSight application. Responsible for direct technical support of clients and executing software QA as part of the MarketSight Development Team. The Lead QA Engineer will advance QA practices, plans, and automation, in addition to serving as the main contact for product support escalations and QA concerns.

Lead a team of QA engineers in testing, supporting, and distributing the MarketSight application., Oversee the distribution of testing tasks and product support tickets within the team., Drive the creation / enhancement of an automated test suite for UI and API interfaces., Provide general management, performance feedback, and time-off scheduling to engineers., Provide leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship., Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and on-boarding of new team members to build a high performing team., Perform functional testing of new features and incorporate new test requirements into regression test suite., Investigate, replicate, troubleshoot, and debug customer issues reported through the Client Services organization., Escalate software bugs with complete explanations and instructions to replicate reported issues., Support AWS hosting deployments of MarketSight across several regions., Accumulate expert knowledge of the MarketSight application from both a user and technical perspective., Participate in scrum cycles with product updates released every two weeks.] Requirements : REST API, Microservices, C#, Test automation, MSSQL, Selenium, AWS, SpeckFlow Tools : Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum.
