About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to take ownership of our SFMC platform and help shape the future of digital marketing at MOL Group. You’ll lead the development and optimization of our Marketing Cloud capabilities, support cross-channel campaigns, and guide internal teams in delivering seamless, data-driven customer experiences.
This role blends strategy, hands-on development , and leadership . You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to ensure our marketing automation is not just functional – but exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform across multiple countries and business units.
- Lead the design and execution of cross-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, mobile, web, social).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SFMC experts across the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to set up and run A / B and multivariate testing .
- Create and manage journeys in Journey Builder , and develop content using Email Studio, Web Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and AMPscript to build and optimize emails and landing pages.
- Ensure platform compliance, data quality , and campaign performance tracking.
- Support continuous delivery pipelines and DevOps practices related to SFMC.
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, translating marketing goals into scalable technical solutions
What You Bring

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification (required)Salesforce Administrator certification (advantage)Other Salesforce CRM certifications (advantage)Experience
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / ConsultantExperience with CI / CD and DevOps practices in Salesforce environmentsProven ability to lead platform improvements and user adoption across teams2 years of experience working in agile environments across multiple projectsRetail domain knowledge is a plus.Skills
