Join our team and unlock the potential for innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.We're seeking a highly skilled Development Engineer to join our team, responsible for driving the development and optimization of soldering processes in power electronics manufacturing. As a technical expert, you'll provide active support to package development project teams and contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our manufacturing processes.
- Development of soldering methods and processes in related fields (soldering of semiconductor dies, soldering of DCBs, solder paste and preform soldering, reflow and vacuum soldering).
- Active technical support for soldering processes of power electronics manufacturing , including further development of existing processes and introduction of new ones in industrial series production.
- Systematic investigation of influencing variables for quality and reliability of soldered joints .
- Active support of package development project teams as technical expert.
- Optimization, stabilization and quality improvement of soldering processes , using established tools such as DoE, SPC / APC, FMEA.
- Participation in root cause failure analysis to identify failure mechanisms in the production processes. Support focus teams with use of 6sigma and 8D methodologies.
- In this position you are both project manager and member of interdisciplinary teams.
- Development of practical and cost-efficient solutions , meeting customer needs.
- Contribution to the achievement of KPI goal s (Cpk, OEE, Yield, external and internal customer complaints).
To succeed as a Soldering Process Expert, you'll need to combine technical expertise with collaboration skills, communicate complex process information, and apply statistical process control techniques to drive improvements. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality results are also important.

Completed a university degree (BSc / MSc / PhD) in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials sciences, physics, engineering or related fieldsRelevant professional experience in the field of manufacturing technology for electronic products, soldering technologies, failure analysis methodsIdeally, you have some professional experience in process sustaining , process development or project management, and fresh graduates are also welcomeYou can communicate safely in Hungarian and English .Benefits
